good sunday morning 2up ride?

hoping to get out early sunday morning to take the GF on a ride through some twisties. we went on the forest ride 2 weeks ago and had a blast. might end up out there, but we were looking for something maybe a little closer (we're in south houston). any good roads around freeport?

anyone looking to join? it's gonna be a relaxed pace, won't be speeding, except maybe in the turns

cow creek is that road by crabb river we went to, that goes to 35. that and county road 42 are close to crabb cr42 was that beat up road thru the trees. as you go south roads seem to get worse ( im sure there are exeptions ) did somebody rape you at crabb river? JK

Fulsher and RR is great but its a long haul for those of us that live close to Lake jackson and Angleton. Cow Creek is fun for this part of the world. seems every weekend here lately has been getting busyer and less time to ride.

there's a shell station on the corner of fm1462 and 521. It's close to cow creek, and I'll be there at 8, I wanna beat the heat, and get moving before other people.
tyco- we should meet at pp pasadena, I'll be there at 6:45 sharp to grab a quick coffee and leave starbucks at 7. If you're there in time you can get the employee discount

I've been lookinh at the map and when you hit cow creek, just before it starts to straighten out there's a left at 26 and take the fork right to cr27/tinsley which twists all the way around manor lake back to cow creek. I'll look more tonight and have a route "planned" route by friday morning
