Sweet! What year is that z? Looks very clean and taken care of through the years. Is it just the pics or does that throttle cable have enought play in it?

Its a 94, and yeah he had the stock throttle cable on big bars, so I will replace that and probably the whole assembly. My brother and law has only ridden for a year or so, and really doesnt know to much about working on them, but he loves to ride them!

Haha, i need to get more pics and more details in my build thread to be somewhat comparable to you and pimpdaub's build threads. If you need help sourcing any parts at all, post up. I know the best sites for z50 parts, aftermarket and stock.

I believe that little Z is a 1996 if I'm not mistaken. . .and all of the issues mentioned above are why it was sold as a project!!! I thought we checked the oil in it the last time you were down for the plastics? Had I known it was dry i would have told you about it for sure, sorry about that man. Have you guys already swapped out the tires? If not, you can probably get $50 for the set on planetminis and run street tires instead. Little bit more info on the bike: The engine was purchased on MH from Scorpio and is reported to be from a 2007 CRF50. The handle bar clamps were sourced off of e-bay and were original equipment on early 80's Honda ATC's (those are 3 wheelers for you youngsters that don't know).

Its all good joe, he definetly should have checked the oil himself, or at least I should have!

For the price we got it for its still a of a deal, and now I get a project to work on. Its all minor fixes besides the top end, and Ive always wanted to do one anyways, so dont even think about feelin bad about it, thats why we bought it AS IS! Haha, thanks for the killer deal, and when its done feel free to come down to MNM and ride it!

Haha, yeah I think people get tired of looking at normal pictures. I like to mix it up a bit, I was leaning more towards shroomtrips, but its all phsycadelic.
