Apparently it doesnt matter if they are a site sponsor. MH is not responsible for anything and it's buyer beware. Happened with another sponsor on here as well.

I hate hearing ANYONE having bad experiences with any business, much less a sponsor. But, if we denied advertising to every business that had a bad mark on their record, there would be none.

There will always be customers that you cant make happy or business' that make mistakes.

MH has also denied advertising to a few business' around town that have VERY POOR records within the community. Jack and 2 Wheel Toyz currently have many happy customers.

Too be honest I would refund your money, I manage a automotive shop, $600 in labor is 7.5 mechanic hours on my clock. That's longer then a domestic car engine pull FYI.

Also the biggest thing is not zero mistake's, its how a shop handles the mistakes, so give them a chance.

Well said , the best of shops can make mistakes .
The important things is how a shop follows up when the error is on their part.
I know Jack personaly & Rudy also & they both are good people.
Instead of bashing thme on a web site , maybe go talk with them & see what can be done for complete satisfaction for both parties involved .

Best way to prevent not being able to ride is to have two bikes....therefore if one is down, you always have another one to ride.

ok first i started this thread not too put down 2 wheel toyz but to get more input on it. as far as having them fix there mistake i did take it back to them and he stoped the leak. but the whole thing was kinda shady to me cuz they would not give me a recite of what was done and he told me he put a new oil pan gasket on. but i dont know how the bike was there from saterday night till monday night. i dont know any dealors open those days. unless he has them in stock. also he didnt know the exact oil witch relly made me upset cuz i only use syi moble one and asked for it. but like i said im not here to bash them just try to get them to rethink how they handle customers. as far as having another bike i do have 2 bikes but i still need to get this one home and not leve it on highway 45.
