good day goes bad

well to day i was on my way too 2 wheel toyz to get a q2 rear tire. after i got it all done i took off down spancer and made it about 1/2 a mile and heard a tick like a rock hit my header. then some guy yelled at me saying i was leaking. i stopped right away too see oil poring out buy the drain plug. but the plug was still there. so i called 2 wheel toyz to ask if the guy seen any thing wrong with the bike when he worked on it, and he said no. so thankfully they came and picked me up. they put it on a lift and come to find a small hole in the pan. they said thy might be able two weld it but he would have too see. so no bike yet agean on this weekend. anyone have had same problem and is there any way to provent it?

The only leakin i had on my 07 zx6r was the famous head gasket leak they had with almost all the 07 models. After fixing it 3 times with the dealer I swore i would burn that b*tch down if it leaked again. Brought it in, they said they fixed and it never leaked again lol I bet the welded that b*tch on their lol j/k but then soon sold it due to alot of problems with the quality of bike in the first 6 months

U mean the valve cover leak right, not head gasket leak? Just making sure we are talking about the same thing....I know of a faulty valve gasket but not head gasket...cuz that would sux

pretty sure , you got some fresh oil from Rudy.
Remember you had a oil leak ,so you went low I bet.
Check your oil level when you get your bike back.

Well I got the bike back on tues but soon is I get home I see oil dripping from pan. When I picked up asked him what was done and he said he fixed.but didn't name any parts till I Asked him if he replaced gasket and he said he did. Now it's leaking from the brake pedle side gasket. Is there any way this could leak with a new gasket and bolts tight ?

Its very common for people to overtighten the paper gaskets.

If the gasket was reused, it was already crushed and would likely leak.

Been there. Was actually pretty fun but could've ended with my face imprint on the back of somebody's tailgate.

Good luck with that...
