RIP to rider down on 45

Just passed a guy down on a crusier at 45 south and the beltway. Looks like he got hit by a big SUV the bike was unrecoginizable but it looked like a cruiser from what I could tell. Seeing things like that upset me and those are the times I think about not riding on the street anymore. :(

at around 9:30 pm me and trung (mx6er) were riding from his house to meet a friend we got off fuqua to 45 feeder and it was packed with traffic when we slowed we saw the cruiser i believe it was a harley roadglide type. we pulled in to the car dealer got off the bikes and went to go see what happened we asked if he was ok and they told us he was gone. went back to our bikes and just sat there for a good 10-15 mins out of respect and kinda lost the urge to ride so we just headed back to his house. the exhaust was perpendicular to the bike so at a 90 degree angle rider on the freeway uncovered up. and people everywhere....

RIP to the rider and his family are in our prayers.

anyone find the news story yet? i would like to know what happened here. there was an suv with damage to the front right but i believe this was after he had already went down and possible the suv ran it over. i'll search now see if i can come up with anything.

at around 1 ish they were still out there investigating.

RIP. its a really sad thing to see. we caught a glipse right before they put that cover over him.
