Like someone stated on here before, IF the owner is actually a member of MH, or IF they actually have the interz-net, then they could get help from you.... but in reality you acted to slow and there is a non-emergency number to the Police Dept. you could have called to drop a dime on the guy. Seriously, whats the worst that could happen? Either he was the owner or not, at least you show consideration by putting a tip in.

lol, thats my bike, btw i understand why he didint want to call the police, but theres no harm in callin the police for a possible theft in progress, the cops will come, ask him for his id, and what hes doin there , and if everyhting checks out, the cop leaves, and if nothing checks out, then you did a good thing.
