I've known the service manager at KOP for over 30 years. He is the best mechanic I've ever known (I'm an aircraft mech so I've known a few, lol).
He's a great human being as well. You won't go wrong if you need some work done on any bike, not just kawis.

I've had great experiences with Mike at Mancuso (Euro sales). When looking at a new s1000rr he was very attentive and friendly. Blake stopped by and chatted me up too. Super nice.
I even spent a few minutes chatting with Michael, the sales Manager (?) and he left me feeling like a VIP.

YMMV

I didn't buy, but I'd give them a chance to when I'm ready to pull the trigger.

I've bought one bike from Carlos (Mancuso) and a lot of bikes from Cilff (Pasadena).

If it weren't for Carlos, I'd likely never step foot in that place again.

I can only speak of Mancuso North..

Purchasing a new bike, I negotiated with them down the price of my bike a little more than it was listed and I paid cash, not finance. So that experience was straight forward.

For service.... well.. i will just say that I will never use the service department again... at Mancuso North.... that's why i go to Motorcycle unlimited..

I feel sales for a motorcycle are pretty straight forward and you can negotiate if you have the power or cash in hand. But you spend more (time) dealing with maintenance of the bike that the customer service and actual work they do means more to me than the sales guy that sold me the bike. So I recommend.. buy it from anywhere.. service it at Motorcycles Unlimited.

TMP north service department is a joke and run my a crook. They are cool with insurance fraud and their customer. The way I was treated there I would over pay at another dealership and not spend another penny with manscrewso.

I had bad 1st experience with Mancuso SW as well.We left off with there's no other Ducati dealers in town blah blah blah.I went on next business day to Lunsfords and everything went great. Now they know me by name.Just got a lot of warranty work thru them too.Whatever bike I buy next will be from them.
