and as for the managers. and customer service.. theres a reason why there the managers... thats all im saying..
my job is customer service so i deal with alot of people that you have to kiss their to make them happy no matter what.

yes one person REPRESENT that company but WE can make better decisions on who to blame.

and about the manager....well YOU were looking for better service then managers are the only people that will give you what you're looking for.

some people would actually only wanna deal with managers because they dont want to be unsatisfied... just saying

well some people think that they are the and shouldn't deal with the little people and go straight to the big boss.
all im saying is...soon as you felt that you were not been taking care of then you should had deal with someone that actually would help you.

you know if a sales rep is giving you the run around and is not treating you right then.....there is only one thing to do then just walk always and be because they (he) didnt do the right thing or took care of you.
dont take it personal...im just saying

Gonna have to agree with Kojak on this one.
If I had only gone to one dealer and they had the bike I wanted but had service, I'd talk to someone else.

But if I'd gone to two shops and got light years better service at one than the other, that shop would have my loyalty.

I absolutely HATE anything to do with Mancuso and refuse to ever step foot in one of their dealerships ever again, let alone actually spend money there. I've deterred several people from buying bikes there as well. There's no point in going there when KOP and Mainland Kawasaki provide the same products, at just about the same prices, but with FARRRR better customer service.

+1000 I had awesome customer service when I bought my bmw (cage) and since then customer service and shop help has been the worst/rude/doesnt care about the money you spend. I will never buy from that dealer again, I may never buy another bmw again.

TM FTW

i have never been to KawiPasadena, but im sure they are a fine company (because they sell kawi) anyone that sells Kawasaki motorcycles is a superior company,
i have purchased Kawasaki's from several dealerships
including Team Mancuso Powersports (59)
all of which have taken care of me very well,
but the best service i get comes from the Sales & Service dept at Team Mancuso Powersports SW on 59

but thats just me.........
they have done some pretty incredible things for me,
above and beyond
200920kawasaki20zx10r20Texas20World20Speedway200ct201720200920lo

lets see who can sell me this first
2011 ninja zx 10r race bike

i have a saying i like for my business:

everyone makes me smile....
some when they come in, some when they leave.

With KOP, you get small town service. They are great people. Not only would I give them the business because of the customer service, but I would rather support the little guy. Just as I would rather buy from Motorcycles Unlimited than online. If the gap isnt too much, I would much rather give Patrick the cash. Same deal with KOP.

+1 Carlos is awesome, hooked me up big time on my r1 and my 600 mile service and my extended warranty program. The salesman I has was cool but I did notice one salesman there that was from eximport cycles and he is a complete . I don't remember his name but he is the reason I didn't buy a couple of bikes from eximport.

Exactly my thought, how often am I going to the dealer for service, 1 time maybe? And the next bike I buy, will be from whoever has what I want for the right price.

+1, I only get the first service done for warranty reasons, then I turn the wrench on anything else that needs to be done, because the way I see it, to anyone else working on it, it's just a job, and they're just trying to get it finished and move on to the next to get the day over with. Plus regardless of service, it's money out of my pocket so I'm going where's the cheapest.

I would talk to that manager again to see if he would go even lower on price. I agree, I usually go to the dealership with the lowest prices.

I have bought (2) bikes from KOP, but that was because they had the lowest price and the sale was hassle free. Both times I talked to the male sales guy who gave me a slightly lower price than the sales girl.
