OUCH even though I am only 21 I have had my back go out on me once and it hurt so bad....
Put pillows under your knees to keep youfeet elevated,
Best bet to lay on the floor it keeps your back straight
Alternate Ice and Heat, it gets the blood pumping through there...
just thought I would give you a few pointers

aparently i just passed out al day long. i went downstairs to get a ice pad, and i feels like warm fire. i think my back is melting it, eek

my back is prolly going to start chanting satanic messages like "come to the dark side" or "kill your family" or "potato potato potato"

most "back Outages" are from muscle weakness, Hit your local gym, they will show you some simple exercises to strengthen those muscles and keep this from hapening, or hit me up I will tell you about them.

Had two ruptured disks at 28 yrs old. After partial paralysis on the left side, I had surgery and now 12 yrs later I am fine. Better than a lot of 21 yr olds.
Get some exercise and strengthen your muscles.. and dont lay around on your back too long. It makes it harder to get back up.
