Riding in Kuwait

So MH iam in Kuwait,I was riding with a couple of friends,I was speedin and saw a cop,I got scared and slowed down but he didn't do anything later on when we stopped I told them I was doin 120+ but the cop didn't do anything!!! ,the law is cops can't chase/stop a bike unless they see you stopped/parked later on.since alot of people died/wrecks being chased so they can't do it anymore!!!!! I am loving ridin here, wish the laws were like that in Houston!!!

Same in Dubai. I lived there for three years. They only have cameras. I would black out a couple of numbers and ride on. Passing a cops at 200K no issues...
