Use uship.com to get a better a shipping quote. It was $400 to ship our Lexus RX330 (SUV), so no way it'll cost $600 for a bike. It's like a shipping brokerage website.

If you are needing to rent a U-Haul anyway, why not throw the bike in the back? It won't cost extra...

i got a quote to ship my acura integera from FL to here for 450 at my selected date. thats why im shocked to see a quote for 600 to ship my bike

What about buying a trailer? For $600 you could buy a small trailer and have it for other things later..
