Help selling frame on CL

What do you guys think?

There is a guy interested in buying my 00 R6 frame i posted on CL this weekend. He tried to haggle me (normal standard procedure) at first but agreed to pay my price in the end. He is from up north and need the frame shipped. The frame is registered in my name with a clean and clear title from Texas. I am cautious because I know why people want clean title frames!

Heard of anybody getting screwed on anything something like this? What form of payment is safest? Is a bill of sale and a txdot Vehicle Transfer Notification the best way to protect myself? Is $500 worth it or should I scrap it?

just be careful. too many scammers out there.. tell him cash only. paypal, but tell him you'll have to wait a week or two until it completely clear then ship.

He is OK with cash. I specified money order before shipping.

Simple.. 3 words. Money up front. Or "pay up sucka". They both should suffice.

Scrap it. More than likely you are helping somebody "legalize" a stolen bike.

Just sayin...
