I cited speeding and reckless driving, specifially. Not ALL traffic laws, because I agree with you there.

I don't think he's arguing a case for crackhead junkies that commit robberies to get high.:eh: If i smoke a bowl, that is a victimless crime(I'm the victim).
with that sort of reasoning, look at all of the crooked t our govt does? what about corporate scandals? let's not get too far off topic here.

There is no victim and that terrorsit militant you saw on TV for anti-drug campagnes are BS. If the federal laws were closer to some of the state laws in this country we would be able to grow and supply ourselves with whatever products we wanted. Instead, it is controlled by large movers who payoff officials. Unless of course you buy from a local grower. So support your local economy and by local grown bud.

I do agree that pushing drugs onto a child would be criminal distrubution to a minor. The minor being a victim. I am not saying blow the doors wide open and shove a joint in every childs mouth or something but, serving 20 years in an Arizona prison for possesion of a joint is a joke. That is un-American!

I am just inciting more conversation. I know we both probably agree the ropes can be lossened a little on some of the laws and tightened on others.

Do a little research into Bill Clinton and the Iran Contra affair. I would rather not dictate but, stimulate curiousity.

And the FBI flying in Cocaine to the airport that Clinton's buddy owned who was busted then pardoned at the end of his term. Yes... that is a small example of who controls the spice in the US.
