So if your like me, when you get hungry, you don't have time to sit around waiting for something good to cook, and you don't have money to spend eating out (unless you wanna pay for 4 kids to eat too who eat two bites and say they are full off of a 4 dollar ******** kids meal **** ****) *breathes* *counts to ten* *game winning smile*

So I have decided to share with you a segment I like to call "Some krap Ramius made from leftovers"

For todays installment I took

20fai5v

And made something yummy. The best part, it's quick (less than 3 minutes if your 1337 like me) it's cheap and it's... say it with me.. Healthy, nutritional and delicious

First, you get a really big farkin plate, and lay three tortillas on it like so

20fanb4

Then, you take some pizza sauce and smear over the tortillas (but not too much now, because yes, you will end up folding it like a taco, the urge is too great not to)

Then, you take sausage/chicken (or whatever meat you have) and chop it up in a food processor and layer on top of the sauce,

Then top with whatever (if any) veggies you like, I chose diced bell pepper and onion.

Then cover liberally with cheesey goodness and bake in the microwave for 30 seconds per pizza.

Viola

20faqh4

For a bonus I added fresh pico de gayo too, but no photo was available because it smelled so good I dove right in!

Umm, if you look at them from an angle they kinda look like the "before" tortillas.

Not always! Some women like to cook! Well not me , but I do cook cause I like to eat! The worse thing about cooking is figuring out what to cook!!:icon_bigg

We don't like a lot of leftovers so I have learned to cook just what we will eat that night!

Not really. Eventually you're wife will figure out what you like to eat then she'll make it the best you've ever eaten.

Veggies are not bad at all as long as MEATS are the main item on the plate.
