Yeah - good luck with that one.

Nice attempt at an appeal to emotion with the kid thing, but I'm pretty consistent in my opinions. Yeah - i'd want the car my kid was driving to get towed, and she'd likely spend the night in jail before I could be bothered to come bail her out.

Being stupid has consequences.
i agree

All of you comments just make me laugh because you don't know me or my riding style. everybody has a opinion, which i will respect but to bash someone on a public forum is very disrespectful and pretty immature. especial if they are asking for a little help. i had lost my car, there for the bike being my only form of transportation. So, before you type your opinion think do i know this person or the current situation or why did they even get pulled over. by the way, i was pulled over for obstructed license plate which i did not get a citation for.

I don't HAVE to know you, or your riding style.

YOU admitted to riding without an M endorsement. What else do I really need to know?

I'm not bashing you. I'm pointing out that you willingly chose to ride in a manner which puts ME at risk.

Sorry - but your situation no more warrants that behavior than being broke and hungry justifies robbing a bank.

Why does everyone always say, "you dont know my riding style"? Who cares really what your riding style is, you shoul;d have had you M anyways if you are riding around on the public roadways.

Asking for help because you got a ticket for something you FAILED to get? Seriously think about what you just typed man. You can expect to get nailed asking for help for something you were obviously in the wrong for. Im just saying, use the search engine and look at some of the things people ask for.....HEY I GOT A TICKET FOR 90 IN A 55 CAN A COPPER ON HERE HELP ME OUT.... FTP, I GOT A TICKET FOR NO M ON MY DL...THINK ABOUT IT MAN......

I had the same thing happened to me in Katy, state trooper stopped me and thankfully just gave me a ticket. And I been riding in different parts of the world since i was 16. I never caused any harm to no1, and i consider myself a safe rider, and I still have no M endorsement. I went 10 minutes late to the BRC after completing the full first day at awesome cycles and they dropped me from the class. I dont have time 2 take off work and school for 2 whole days or more. If it was just a test i would pass it with flying colors. And thats why the state trooper didnt put me in jail or tow my bike, he acknowledge that i was a safe rider, just was going a lil fast .
But Yes most people need to get their license, i just think that they should of developed a tough test at the DMV if you didnt want to go through the whole class BS.

I never said a word about your riding style, although knowing you not only were riding without an M endorsement AND have a tucked/obscured plate tells me a lot about you and your judgment...

When I took my MSF course, I was in the early stages of a divorce, had a 2 year old, living in 3 different cities due to work requirements, traveling for business 5-1/2 days a week, and having to attend a variety of professional classes in order to retain my job. Oh yeah - AND working a position which required 24x7 availability and typically involved 16-20 hour days.

Are you THAT busy?

A) I highly doubt that, but if you'd like to PM me your name and the approximate date of your class, I'd be more than happy to check into that for you.

B) The rule about not being late or being allowed to continue is not from Awesome Cycles. It comes straight from the Motorcycle Safety Foundation and the Texas Dept. of Public Safety - Motorcycle Safety Unit and it is very simply, a liability issue. We do however, make absolutely sure that every student understands that rule before they register as well as during the first day of class.

I could be 35. what does my age have anything to do about this conversation. i'm waiting on a new side mount as we speak because i don't like where it is mounted. which was the way it was when i bought the bike.
