Reckless driving goes down on your criminal history as a class B misdemeanor, but it is not punished like a normal class B. Most class B's come with a max of 6 months in jail and/or $2,000 fine.

Reckless's max is 30 days in jail and/or $200 fine.

However as far as getting a CHL or applying to become a police officer, it is a Class B.

these are ALWAYS the best threads! super funny, and this one was pretty informative, Thx to Dawkawrd for the Cop Video Posts. very good stuff.

it kinda reminded me of some scenes from Dexter ( though the acting is pretty lame on that show) i'm finishing up season 4 in time for Next month's premier!

I really miss commas, full stops, semicolons, quotation marks, etc. Are they just not in fashion anymore?

It goes out the window for dickwads like this because everytime they do something retarded (not saying that I don't speed or cut through traffic at lights etc) it gets harder on the rest of us and we ALL as a community catch the backlash. now it seems if you get pulled over the cops are surprised you even stopped.

There is the crux of the situation.

I assure you that is the situation with 90% of the people who get pulled out in front of or cut off.

The drivers brain is doing the same speed as everyone around them then here you come 30 - 50 mph faster then they are.

Do the math. The closing speeds and times would probably surprise you on
paper.

How are you guys getting arrested in the first place, let alone often enough to comment on the accommodations of various counties?
