Brizzi said he would dismiss all six of Bisard's felony counts of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, including one Class B felony. That leaves a Class C felony count of reckless homicide as the most serious charge, alongside two newly filed Class D felony counts of criminal recklessness.

an 8 year sentence for a cop in regular ole prison would be as brutal as sentence 3x as long for anyone else. Not saying that whats going on is right, but if he gets jail time..................its going suck REALLY bad for him.

Doesn't suprise me a bit. IPD has had so many incidents like this over the years. When I lived there a group of 5 cops went out drinking and strolling around downtown literally beating the out of passersby as they went from bar to bar. Didn't receive much punishment from what I remember.

A friend of mine that lives out there was promoting a protect on her FB which is where I learned of this tragedy. That dude better never in his life ever hand out a dui or dwi ticket ever again.. Because you know he'd be the first a$$hole to do it if he goes free. Really at this point, he needs to be fired. F- the desk duty. Then prosecuted.

I was reading a post about how things are getting heated between bikers and cops... The one that shot a biker in the back... The bikers that laughed at the cop that flipped his squad car... This.. It's gonna get ugly!

I don't know about Indy but in Texas if an emergency vehicle gets in a wreck with there lights on it's there fault reguardless of how it happened. The way I see it he rearended two bikes he is at fault.

I've been working most the day fuktard... why don't you try reading the article before flapping your gums though?
Neither Cog or I have said as you claim, if you'd pop your head out of your and use a brain cell or two, if they haven't all died for lack of oxygen and exercise you'd understand that.

The DUI charge was dropped, he still faces 3 other charges AND the feds are apparently are going to get involved in it. I'd suggest your 'blue wall' that you so obsessed with, have some big holes in it.

If the DUI charge is dropped then that means the blood test is inadmissible in court and since they did not do a field sobriety test they cannot bring up him being intoxicated during the court proceedings. He will be charged as if he just rear ended some people while on the job. He won't see any jail time. Feds get involved to make changes to the way police handle investigations and protocol.

Let's see, do they normaly charge with multiple felonies if an officer rear-ends someone one the job?

*Yawn* We already know how this is going to go.

Finishing with Ulric giving the cop a version of his own rear ending.

No, I save that for the scrubs and asswipes that mouth off about certain types accidents and fuktards that seem to think every bike/car accident is always the car drivers fault.
