well, I thought my body was off the bike a little more and I THOUGHT my right arm was out a little more....I guess a picture tells a thousand words!! I was hoping the Cali would kick in via the suit and throw me in a good position (ya know, like some type of Yoda/Jedi thing....)

Shoulda already been pre-bent

Told you the pics were worth the wait! I learn more from mine every time.

I look for turns I was 'reaching' w my knee, my foot position on the peg and how even my elbows are to my knees.

I noticed when I was following the instructor, I was much quicker around the track. Lines do play a huge part! I kept trying to find my lines but it was a little harder when I was stuck in a pack and not allowed to pass, as the sessions went into the afternoon, I was able to speed up a little and find a couple of sweet spots. Had a great time though!

Wow, that #1 picture really shows good versus bad body position!

Were you comfortable, or were you like "oh oh !"?

SHAGBERG!!! what's up man!! we gotta go hit the track sometime!!

Celine, I was very comfortable, there was a HUGE difference dragging a knee on the track vs. the street...Just a little confused though, , I thought that was pretty decent position. It was a little strange riding with no yellow lines in the middle of the road though!!

In all honesty I'd say your doing pretty good. I remember my first track day feeling like I was going into a corner too hot on the round robin. Check if there are any noob days coming up at MSRH with LMS. I felt like I got 2 track days out of one of those. Def worth the extra cash.

Yeah, yeah, I know I have work to do. I'll get there with a few more track days and a little instruction. (That's me on the blue R6)
