Jumped a couple weekends ago. Had a blast. One recommendation for going to skydive spaceland is to get there early or you will be waiting (even if you have prepaid and scheduled your group's time). I had a large group and had to wait a few hours at least. They said arrive at 8:00AM and you will barely have to wait.

Also, if you are heavy (like 240+lbs) the charge you extra.

to all that want to go definitely put money down or you are not in., if they get booked solid which happens, they might not take anyone without a reservation as they staff accordinly to what they have for the weekend.

Skydive Spaceland does not do AFF for first jumps, only tandem. After two documented tandems, one fun jump one training then you can start AFF

Yes I would recomend first thing in the morning, weahter can be unpredictable and you kinda want to be the first ones in line for when it clears.

I would expect at least 4 hours of being there, checking in that many people plus watching videos traiinng and jumping takes times. Don't be in a rush to be anywhere after or you will suck the joy out of it.

And it is a blast and tandems can be made just as fun as aff jumps, I've rarely seen AFF's do 240mph!

If everybody who has chimed in actually goes, we will have well over 20. My little group is up to eight. Tonyt has another eight signed up (I think). So, with all these from MH, we'll make it no problem.

Sounds like enough interest.
Start a roll call or official 9/18 skydive thread?

Not yet - about a week out I'll start it for those who have PAID the deposit only. That way we'll get the best count. People who just want to go, but don't pay won't get on the list that way, and we don't have to count them.

It's only two weeks and some change away! I hope you guys are all planning on paying your deposit next week! It looks like we'll have about 30 if everybody who chimed in actually pays and shows up!

The more people that go the cheaper it will be - if we can get 20, it's $139!

...Doing a group jump for all that are interested in skydiving. Price is $159 per person, Just call the number listed above and tell them you need to put a $50 deposit for the group under Anthony Trahan, needs to be done NO LATER THAN 24HRS from time of jump.

Everybody who wants to jump MUST call them and pay the deposit. You have to. If you don't you will not be allowed to jump with us this day, and you may ruin our chances for cheaper rates. Then we'll have to keel you. Just saying.
nvm i got it
