I would guess that you could take them to court if they didn't honor the sale if it actually listed a dollar amount as compared to $0. But I would bet my money that you will get a call from CE tomorrow morning informing you of the error and if you would like to continue and purchase the item at the actual price or cancel your order.

Nice, was reading said that most site have a system that will throw a red flag when sales increase beyond normal sales.

Companies are allowed to make mistakes. They are under no obligation to honor a sale if the advertised price was a mistake. It would be illegal for them to charge a customer for the full price of the helmet without first consulting them.

i'm on the page to fill out my billing information.. i'm hesitant to complete my order only so i don't have to deal with if things go sour.

Someone needs to post up a confirmation as soon as they get their order processed!

wow, lets not take advantage! Maybe if too many don't order, they will honor it. Don't they have too, I know retail stores have to if it is a mistake! We had to at Circuit City when I worked there.

We bought a tv on a glitch like this once. When the company realized the glitch, we were notified that the order would not take place, because the price was inaccurate. No problem - they were happy to cancel the order.

It's not a scam - they can't charge your cc the higher price.
