It's actually hard to start drinking them again because of the massive amounts of sugar. I'm about to do the low-carb thing again, so sodas are especially forbidden. lol

Sodas are my only problem! I don't eat many carbs! Not because I am on a no carb diet, I just don't like the stuff that has alot of carbs!

I just started working out! I hate it! I have always been a small size 6 w/o trying! Now that I am getting older and I drink way to many sodas I have to workout some! I go 3 days a week for 2 hours! It totally blows!!

only cutting down on calories intake is no good. u HAVE TO work out, esp do cardio, so that u better ur metabolism. thats is VERY IMPORTANT if u wanna loose weight

That's the hardest part for me besides sodas.. I LOVE bread. Even just plain ol loaf of bread. When I was younger, I could sit down and eat most of a loaf by itself. :laughing6

But I don't do NO carb, I do LOW carb. Gotta have some. It's hard to find food that doesn't have tons o carbs and salt.. it's ridiculous. :eh:

Yep. I do both, but without changing my diet first, I'm not motivated to exercise.
