So how about anybody that wants to loose weight I will just trade metabolisms for a week or so that way I will gain weight and they will loose weight.

No prob, I meant to put up a link for muscle milk, the reason for it is buck-o-protein has around 200 calories per serving, muscle milk has around 650 per serving. It helps to pack on weight if thats what your going for. Ohyeah I had a typo in the last link, it's bodybuilding not bodybuidling =)
