I was in the exact same boat as you, I got to 185 quick taking weight gainers, but it was slow slow slow after that. How old are you? I have a freakish metabolism and couldn't break 200 until after I was 23. As you get older, the weight comes easier (which is good if your ALWAYS active) but it becomes a bad thing very fast if you ever stop.

What I found works the best is eating constantly throughout the day instead of two or three big meals.. ohyeah, and take a protein shake right before bed too, that helps.

Good luck

I was 6'1" and 170 and started the same type of program to put on weight. 2 1/2 yrs at 10k calories a day to put on 25 pounds. I was 35 yrs old and probably over training but I was 8% body fat and could bench 425.

^^^^^^^^

I don't think I'll EVER get to 425. I'm the strongest at this moment that I've ever been in my life and my max is 205 atm.

But then again, I never thought I'd break 200.

I'm 25 now, 35 isn't that far off for me but If i'm in 1/2 the shape then that you just described I'm gonna be really happy with myself!

That makes me feel good I can max at 210 but it hurts and it looks like my vains in my neck and forehead are gonna explode when I was 16 I could do 170-180 I was happy then. I have more endurance than anything I can do 170 all day long right now

The best if you can afford it (in my opinion) is Isopure zero carb.

I take it when I can, but as a father of four and one income, I often have to go the route of "Bucket-o-protein"
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/sf/whey.html

However, you may like Muscle Milk

Go to www.bodybuidling.com They have a lot of usefull information there, and ifyou join the forums say redbeard referred you (they use a rep point system and I get a bonus woot)
