Passenger accessories for sport bikes

So my wife cant reach the tank while we're riding and slides when i brake if she hangs onto anything else so i'm looking at ideas to keep her comfy.

I saw those rear handle square bar things that can give them something directly at their seat to hold on at the side, anybody know of anything else or specific brands? Im trying to avoid permanent stuff thats hard to remove because im thinking i'll end up with a sissybar and i dont want that on there all the time.

I have the same problem, kinda, I went from a 99 ZX7 to an 06 ZX10. The 99 ZX7 had handles to accomodate the passenger built in to the rear tail section. My ten doesn't. My wife's hands kill her after being on the back getting smooshed between me and the tank.

I had seen a buddy belt at one time but I dunno how awkward it would be her weight shifting on my torso as we ride.

I do have the fab skills and the equipment, I have contemplated using original bolts holes from the stock exhaust under the tail and fabbing up a set of handles for her but haven't got around to it.

Check on the buddy belt, it may be what your looking for.

I am not too familar witht he Z1000, how is the exhaust mounted? Do you have any objections with drilling a couple holes under the tail to bolt something to the rear frame section?

Not sure about passengers, but for children some people on here use a snowmobile harness that is 5 points for both driver adult and child. Attaches in the middle.

For a 5 yr old, all they can do is stand up on the rear pegs, that's about it. Doesnt allow alot of movement at all.

Ive seen 2-up track riders w an additional handle bar mount welded on the rear subframe for the passenger to hold on and allow the driver to slide w/o passenger. Basically metal bars w matching clip on grips(ya no joke.)

Im still considering making a velcro suit

What about this? Found here:

They have single suction cup handles in their store if the double won't fit.
