Yeah its fair for the TD org. to go broke providing a service people want. Are you serious? Have you seen what it costs to rent out a track for a full day? Its over 5grand at most tracks I've ever looked into.

The people that think TD's are too expensive are the ones not going. I guarantee that you will never be as fast of a rider until you get on the track. Just dont get all caught up in the track thing. Thats where people make mistakes, buying race-only tires, warmers, running race gas, track fairings, expensive suspension, etc..

Tape up your lights, and go ride with the mods you have. If having fun is what your after then you might as well start riding track.. U ever get a time on RR? So how do you know if you improved any from the past?

That ticket I got one the SW ride I went on was $500 with attorney and all. Im glad I got it. Made me really evaluate what I was doing out there. BTW. I coulda had the race tires I wanted, and almost a set of warmers too for that much(or bought the shock I need).. Can you afford a 500$ ticket? Im betting 2-3 150$ TD's would look pretty good after that.

A few signs out in front of their houses to "slow down or speed bumps are coming" might do the trick.

or just random stop signs put in the middle of a road. for no reason. that would be LOVELY

I'm all for hitting up the twisties, but when you go in large groups is when you start causing a disturbance. One or two inline 4s screaming by is forgettable and easily ignored but when you organize rides where you have 30 bikes screaming by it sounds like a moto gp race in your yard. That is when people start getting . I live 10 blocks inside the loop and you can barely hear the bikes going by but on Wednesday nights when everyone meets up and tears around 610 in packs you can hear them screaming by in the living room. And it is loud. A lot of people don't realize exactly how ear piercing a large group of inline 4s really is.

Residents will and moan about the amount of traffic that passes by their homes.(this happens all over the world.) They will contact their local police to enforce speed limits or they will most likely try and take matters into their own hands.
Regardless, WE all have rights to ride on the roadways no matter who gets off.
