K8 Hayabusa (STOLEN)

PROBLEM/SOLUTION: K8 Hayabusa Gauge Cluster Not Working

So, I had a situation awhile back and I wanted to post the simple solution on this forum. It might help someone in the future.

One day, I was riding, and my Tachometer, Speedometer, Odometer, and Trip Meters stopped working. Everything else on the cluster worked fine.

I read several reports of people replacing the cluster -- thinking the cluster went bad. However, one person had a simple solution that I needed to try. He suggested that I disconnect the battery for 5 minutes. To be safe, I disconnected the battery for 20 minutes. After reconnecting the battery and starting the bike, everything came to life! I could not believe it, but his solution worked!

If you experience this problem, please attempt the battery disconnect, first!
