It was a good race! I knew Rossi wouldn't let Melandri stay up front for long!!

Well duh. He is a GAWD. But what makes it so spectacular is that he was having a super bad weekend. Qualified on the 4TH row. Between Rossi and Jeremy Burgess his team manager/mechanic whatever.. That's a helluva team. They always seem to figure out the M1 just enough to let Rossi work his magic.

Oh man.. Tamada has to be just about ready to slash his own wrists! Poor guy. He's struggled so much and FINALLY gets to run up front and BOOM!

The announcers mentioned a rumour of Nakano possibly riding for the KM Honda team next year. I wonder of that will be next to Tamada, or replacing him. D'oh!

pedrosa and hayden had a close call with each other at the end. good strategy through out the whole race on hayden's part.

Yeah great race, but Nicky needs to be a little more agressive. He is going to have to win a couple more races if he wants to win the Championship. Podiums (2nd, 3rd) aren't going to get it done....But it is a nice set up going into Laguna. I can't wait to get out there and hear those bikes again....

Yeah.. I liked his aggressivness, but not his line choice. I guess you have to give the other guys credit for defending their position, but I would have like to have seen Nicky at least TRY to get the inside position on the brakes for that right-hander.. he stayed on the outside everytime and it was obvious (to us in tv land anyway) that he wasn't going to ride around the outside of anyone.

It seems like he plays it safe, so he doesn't crash out! It was nice to see him hold his postion and make Pedrosa stand his bike up when he tried to pass him!

Haha yeah, that was great! I didn't see it, but they said the right leg of his leathers were black from Dani's front tire. But Nicky can't really afford to play it safe if the guys that 2nd and 3rd place in points guys keep finishing in front of him.
