There was nothing wrong with the people that were with us this morning or anything about the ride.

it was the ride back with my OWN friends that we got $hit from the other cop.

i dont hate on cops, not at all.....but is people like this dude that gave us the tickets just for been hole and telling me i was doing 60 on a 35......bullshit!! if im speeding and been stupid and get pulled over then i take it like a man, shut my mouth up and take the ticket.

but if you're going to tell me that i was doing something i wasnt and you're going to give me a ticket then waste my time and money for some stupid then sorry but no.... i saw my speedo and said 56 (that means i was doing @ 46) and where he clock me...""clock"" the speed limit was 45....so no sir. i am not going to take it in the and not say anything.

the funny thing is that after talking to him and pulling us over and said we were doing 60 on a 35 mph speed limit then he puts on my ticket 60 on a 45....(WTF??)

so it is what it is.....

if anyone else is going riding up to the forest just be safe guys.....

I've gotten warnings and tickets without giving attitude.

like i said....no hate on cops. most of my good friends or people i know are police officers, i've been pulled over here in sugar land and there are some nice guys doing their job.

its like there are some bad motorcycle riders that gives us bad reputation.

its because you have a sport bike that you're some stupid kid that speeds...???? not really.

but ether way...whats done is done.

edit: and if i was riding with BEVO and going fast in the forest then NOTHING of this would had happen, but because i was taking it easy is when everything went wrong..

tips for those that are riding with no M license.........GET IT DONE!!! those for the people that have the tags on you're bike expired then GET IT DONE.

if i was on my bike none of this $hit would had happen to ME. my bike is legal from top to bottom.....other then the speeding ticket.

Sorry it happened
For what is worth 60 in a 45 (15 over) is likley a lot less than 60 in a 35. (25 over)
maybe he was cutting you a break.
I think the cop would likley have a big problem if he left one ride off on a bike without a "M" stamp, imagine the legal issue if they had an accident.
News says they are stepping up on drunk driving as the Labor day holiday apporches, guess they are likely getting more acitive on bikers too.
If your going to ride someone elses bike you should make sure it is legal , or accept the risk if you know it is not.

Good Luck.

Nah, fvck em just pvssy traffic cops that’s all they are. Those people that live out on RR had a community meeting about bikes and OF COURSE CARS running up and down their road on the weekends...a public and tax paid for road at that. So fvck em, run that road. 13 hours of community college and they will stick a gun in your hand and a badge on your chest so you can sit in an AC tax paid for car to get fat and get even fatter on a tax payer paid pension all so they can write up tickets to the people that pay their bills and put food on their and their families plate. Makes complete sense. I think not. Those fvcking people that live out there are there because they want to be rural…away from the city. Well fvck me running, Katy is catching up to them very quickly. And put out on the road to make people wreck their vehicles and we are getting busted with speeding tickets!!?!?!?!? WTF!@?!?!?! How are they not being criminally justified? Soon they will cross the wrong person and I can only hope they fire their homes.

Actually I took 149 South to 249. It may have been the other half of the group with the other blue R6.

All I can say is "wow". There were 6 riders and 3 run-ins with the law?? The guy on the black R6 (forgot his name) got pulled over on 3090 for speeding and no inspection sticker when he was meeting us at Yankees. Then we split into two groups of three on the way back and both get pulled over as we're leaving. We were doing the speed limit and the only reason we got for being pulled over was inspection stickers (one missing and one was not visible).

this is true i went out RR today and this seems to be a trend today, not to mention you know that every POPO with a PC that knows anything about the Bike Community can read this...

Time TO find a few new places and PM rides with your PPL because every road that we talked about in both threads was haunted ALL DAY...

As i slipped by 4 bikes and a tow truck today.... OUT in the middle of BFE AKA RR there where two troopers not chasing but just using the radio everytime a bike drove by, i spent the 15 min i stood there around the corner warning all of the bikes that drove up.

Ride Safe and Sober...dosent hurt to be Legal either.

Bevo, pretty sure I saw your CBR. Didn't see anyone else I knew though.

Hope you guys stayed safe!
Wasn't me. Wife had hand surgery on Friday so I had to be a good husband and take care of her all weekend.

You can get a fender eliminator without tucking your plate, the stock thing shakes around so much I bet they eventually fall off anyway..

We'll see. I trust Honda products to be more trouble free than any aftermarket piece
