Angry Well I dropped her.

Every have one of those days? Not sure if it was becasue of heat or what but I rode for a few hours. I got home and clicked the garage door to open. All of a sudden... I just fell over on the right side while waiting for it to open. I do not know how or why.. Just bam.. me on the ground using my body to shield her... then realized she is heavy as to pick back up... Took about 7 minutes b4 I was able to pick her up near pulled cell out and called the woman to come outside and help.. few baby scratches on right side..

Just one of those FML days.

yours is...

I had the feeling you have about 4 or so months ago when I first dropped blondie. The week after that I dropped her again. About 2 months after that *while doing MSF safety exercises (blue box, to be specific) I dropped her again*

Meh, now I pretty much dont care... as long as I dont injure important parts engine/tranny wise.

Had that happen before. By the time you realize you're going down, it's too late to even try and stop it.

Also forgot to put the kickstand down once, but my dads bike was next to mine so I wasn't gonna let it fall on his, I'm pretty sure I tore a muscle in my leg stopping it from falling.

i've never had any problems picking a bike up either. , even when i wrecked my stunt bike at 65 mph and had a broken hand/collarbone, i still yanked that ho back up and hopped on it and rode it home.. gotta love stunt cages.

Heat does incredible things to the body, even when you feel "fine" (part of the problem with how the body/mind treats heat issues), unless you are fresh for the day, and properly hydrated.

factor in heat, ride stress on the body, confined riding position, possible lack of hydration, and a few other things, a simple milisecond of "no response" from body/brain connections, and thats all it takes.

concidering all possibilies, it COULD have been a lot worse, on the road somewhere. You are ok. Bike is ok

(not saying you werent properly hydrated though. heat is still a killer, no matter what)
