I lived in FL and got a ticket for no M endorsement. I went and got my endorsement before my court date and when I showed the judge just threw the ticket out. YMMV.

i got mine done at jiffy lube and they didnt check high/low they just checked for a light, blinkers in the back, tail/brakelight , horn and that was it.

I've always taken my car and bike to the same auto repair shop on the corner. When I asked, he said they can do bikes... they just don't see many of them.
