Question Suggestions on new bike

Looking to get a new bike I want to stay with a 600cc but would rather a fuel injected bike over carbed. I have only ridden Kawis so I'm kind of biased but looking for others opinions what should I get in your opinion and why? (please have a valid reason). I'll be using the bike to commute to and from work about 60 Mi round trip and also hitting the twisties on the weekends havnt really had a track worthy ride before but also plan on doing a track day so let me know.

If I was to get a 600 i'd prolly go with an 06/07 GSXR. I've ridden a friends R6 and it just doesnt feel as comfortable as the GSXR. Parts are readily available for them and those years they come with a stubby exhaust and have some other good options.

I might have to tool around on fredmans cbr see if that is true I have sat on it so I know first hand the seat isn't that comfortable I have no problems with Kawi and have been told by numerous ppl that they are bullet proof just want to broaden my horizons but everyone and their mom has a gixxer

I wouldn't call a Kawi bullet proof. Some have transmission problems.I have had 2 and I thought they were very comfortable and reliable. They were both pretty quick too. I like the Suzuki or the Kawi. I wouldn't hesitate to buy a Honda either though.

my only complaint of my zx6r was that it was noticeably heavier than other bikes I have sat on oh by the way I'm 5'9 160 lbs

all my bikes have been carbed. With exception of the 250 I never really had a problem starting up without much choke but I would rather do away with having to wait for it to warm up or forgeting to turn the choke off and of course the maintanance hassles of having to clean and resynch every 6000 miles. FI FTW
