My stolen bike

So I went to the salvage yard today to go look at my stolen bike. Well, a majority of it at least. Neither the cop or the judge can grant me posession of the frame, which is titled in the other guys name. So soon I will be getting the following:
  1. Good running engine and transmission
  2. All the farings, including a solo seat
  3. Lights (front and rear)
  4. Exhaust
  5. Sliders
  6. Rims
  7. Tank
  8. Gauges
  9. Ram air tubes

I won't be getting:
  1. Frame
  2. Tires
  3. Forks
  4. Handle bars
  5. Sub frame
  6. The new 12' frame arm extension

So if somebody has or knows of a trashed 96-99 GSXR 750 or 600 with a good frame in the $500 or less range, let me know.

sweeeeet, and if somebody wants to make some money and help me take all this stuff off, that would help too. Because I am going to have to hang out at the salvage yard and take all this stuff off when the time comes

Appreciate it, I still have to wait for notice of a court date, and then go and get a judgement. Maybe a couple of weeks, I hope.

man that, I'm a little confused. How did they prove it was your bike? Did this other guys bike have your motor and fairings on it, or what please explain.

Yeah I saw that bike on ebay earlier and was considering it, but I figured I could find something cheaper if I looked. So far it is going to cost me 20 bucks a day to get it out of storage. Which is now looking to be about 2 months worth, that comes out to about $1200. That is worst case scenario though, there is a possibility that the judge will leave the other guy responsible for all the storage fees. Since he is gonna get the frame and the other stuff back.
