Registration help!!!

So i bought my bike from a buddy(so i thought) a couple of years ago. He has failed to get me the title and is being really shady about it. Long story short I have 2 registration tickets I need to get taken care of and need to know how to get the bike registered before the court dates. Also I remeber him going to the dealership to get it so i know the bike wasnt stolen, apparently he just never got it from the loan company. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

It doesnt have to be clear to do the bonded title thing btw.....it still will cost you a surety bond tho.....Go get a bonded title application packet from your tax office and they will explain what you have to do.....Its a PITA and takes 4-6 weeks usually.

no way on the bonded title.
get a title through one of the states that will register without a title.
There are companies in Maine and Arizona and a couple other places, the one in arizona is 175 and they will register legally and send a licence plate with the title, it will be registered for 1 year, whenever you want, you take the out of state title and paperwork and transfer to texas. easy as pie, google is your friend.

Yes good loophole but wouldn't you have to have a address in one of those states in order to register a vehicle?

no sir, here is one company that does them for 375. http://www.getnewtitle.com/
with some research, cheaper can be found and it does indeed work, gospel.
