Probably not true, but in the end, it doesn't really matter as long as you had fun.

RRChic, don't worry about the heat either, you dont notice it while on the track. Once back in the pits just drink cold water, you'll be fine

Anybody pick a date yet?

Take the classroom instruction seriously and ride within your limits. It's not a race. Be smart and you'll keep it shiny.

I wouldn't even think about doing a track day w/o taking the classroom instruction first. And no worries about me staying within my limits. I love to ride to much to go out and act a fool and get hurt!

Maybe I will just get me some orange tape and tape up all the plastics on the ZX7R and use it! It doesn't have to be pretty? right???

Nope. Pretty isn't necessary.... although it does make for better pictures :laughing6

And if anybody doesn't have leathers, you can always hit up Patrick at Motorcycles Unlimited about leather, boot and possibly glove rentals.

boots need to be over the ankle style riding boots. Preferrably racing style boots. They allow your leather to tuck inside of them also. but if you have something else you want to wear other than "race boots" you can ask Buck if he'll allow it. Buck can be reached via email at slowboattx@yahoo.com Don't PM him on this site because he doesn't check those.

I'd rather not ride in these either.
But until you buy me some Sidis I'll be sporting these :icon_bigg
