Question Attn: Trackday Noobs

I'm a noob to the track but I'm very interested in getting in some track time with some 1 on 1 instructions. I missed out on the parade lap and now I'm itching to try it out. It sounds like you all had a great time.

I'm wondering how many others here have not done a trackday but would be interested in giving it a shot.

We're not racing for titles just out to learn the track and not worry about getting tickets.

Are there any other guys or gals that would be interested in trying a trackday?

We need to get something together for all of us noobs to try the track.
Maybe the Track Pros can come out and give us tips and pointers.

Racer X 05 I'd love for you to come out and let me know what you learned and show me how fast you've gotten after your first TD

My first one as well. It was fun but I didn't get as much instruction as I would have liked but the weather kinda played with things.
I'm planning on doing it again soon.......WITHOUT the rain (Hopefully).

they do have a "slow" group in most trackdays, considering most T/D have 3 groups w/ at LEAST 20-30 riders, you'd have to get 90-100 noob riders for a "noob" specific trackday. just goto any of the trackday orgs and DO IT.

Still we can get a group of guys/gals to schedule a day to run the "Slow" group.

I'd like to see how many people would be interested.
From the looks of it, the track days are not filling up like I would expect.

All this sounds good. Be sure and sign up for Buck's trackdays at MSRH with Longhorn Motorcycle School. You'll learn a lot more on your first time from those instructors than you will from Ridesmart of LSTD at TWS (Texas World Speedway) in College Station....in my opinion of course.

Just know that once you do it once, you'll be addicted!
