On mine, I have a Gorilla alarm, disk lock, cable lock and it's in a garage.
Total cost: about $150.

Boostjunky's right, 2 guys and a truck render your alarm useless, but anything you can add to alert you or slow them down helps. My alarm is very sensitive, if I tap my bike with my fingertips once, it will chirp. Twice and it goes off. Tip sensor works pretty good too.

Lowjack and full coverage are pretty much the top of the list.
