Glad you didn't get hurt other than your wallet
No offense taken, you're right about it being a novice mistake.

glad you are OK.

Be sure to check carefully up by the steering stem area where it goes through the frame.

After you fix it or buy another bike, you should get full coverage. Any time a bike is laid down in an actual accident, 75% of the time it is totaled. If the frame gets breathed on the insurance companies will total it. Plus if it gets stolen you will be S.O.L. Glad your okay though. At least this will make for a good story one day. What good is drinking beer with your riding buddies if you don't have at least one good story about an accident.

I probably have all of the parts to put that bike back together. The parts I have are for an '06 GSXR600 (slight difference in Red/White vs Red/Black paint scheme).

And for any doubters, that bike would definitely be totalled.

if you're already riding like that, you really need to go to the track and get that out of your system before something really bad happens

Sorrie to hear about the bike Tom.At least you are okay.Be careful around those type of roads.Especially the cagers that drive there.

Hope it wont be too costly for the fix up.

You make a wreck look good. What kind of camera are you using?
