I can do all of the work on my bikes myself, but travel a LOT (posting from CA at the moment). However, I do like to support the local sponsers with business when I am too busy.

I have had good experiences with several sponsers on this board both on the N side and the S side. Ask around, and most will steer you straight.

Ok.. Here's the final update. After telling me all week that they had three tires in for busa's and mine being one of them, I call them today and ask about the bike. The gasket is finally done, but NOW the tire is still on back order.. I told them I'll be there shortly and am picking up my bike and getting a refund on the tire and my store credit!

After all is said and done, I sat last night wondering what's got me so pissy.. I've been in sales, service and customer service style jobs most of my life and; 1) always under promise and over deliver; 2) Always communicate. Don't make your customer chase you down for . Neither of which did they ever do with me. I don't know if others have ever used them.. But now you know my experience. I'm F*in done with them.

I've learned a lot and hope others will learn from my experience so they don't have the hard way as I did.

A lot of places forget that many times the service is not as important as the CUSTOMER SERVICE. How you treat people will go a long way in handling the mistakes that happen. Mistakes DO happen. I got the wrong chain recently and the customer service that followed it up was good enough it wasn't even an issue even though I went longer without my bike. Follow good customer service WITH good service and you have a top notch establishment.

+1, I went in for a front tire change, they gave my bike a simple one over, gave me a couple pointers and even showed me how to adjust the chain on my single sided swingarm.
