He was behind me on the HOV - and then without him passing me he was in front of the van in front of me.

He is a ninja. So, I watched closely and before I knew it we were in front of the entire line of cars going 60 mph without ever passing one of them.

I know there are cops on here and I don't want them to start LOOKING for riders whilst getting in front of these cars. It's still illegal.

So, we need to have a HOV passing slow cars meet?
