Do you have a GPS for the bike? If so I have a few routes that we use when there. All routes are in GPX format for Garmin. They include the routes, gas stops, food stops, etc..

I have a Magellen but mainly use it for backup.... not sure if I can import or not. Are they readable outside a GPS?
