Need Club info

Me and my boys are starting a biker club. I need to get any info on starting up the club ie., regestering the name, getting incorparated and anything else we need to become official. Thanks in advance.

If you want a legit club, go here and read up on some stuff. http://www.amadirectlink.com/clubs/club.asp If you become a AMA club, you can have insurance on the rides provided by the AMA and a wealth of other benefits.
You also need to have some bylaws set up as well as a few other things.
