03 SV650 idling issues

Hey guys Im kinda lost on this one. SV has a full yoshi system and PC 3.

The bike will shutdown while idling, but only when warm (above 180F) and only at idle. Ive replaced the plugs, remapped the PC and checked all the sensors; kickstand, clutch etc. Any ideas, on what else i should check or fix?

I need this fixed asap.

Does it cut out at exactly 180 each time?

I had a problem with mine - similar...on my 04 that is...

Turned out to be the spark plug boot was cracked and when it got hot it allowed it to arc between the head and the plug. Make sure you use dielectric grease.

Set it around 1250. Also check your TPS setting.
