ownage, do what you want........but my beef is you and your family, and where they are placed in your life.

you took a giant step in getting rid of your street bike, cuz you were riding like a fool, and that'll end up geting you killed, then where does that leave your unborn child? a baby needs a parent more then it needs $. i'll tell you what........everyday when i get home and my daughter crawls up to me and hugs my leg.........man.........that is a feeling you can't talk about but have to experience.

but then you trade your bike for a convert. stang.......WTF? whats you prego wife riding in right now? your wife has a 2ft belly and you buy/trade for ancient safety. why not buy a safe vehicle vs the neon or hyundai or the 'stang......thats your child riding in that car......none of those i would trust to protect my kid. but then again, i have 2- $300 car seats, and drive a honda odyssey (well my wife drives), which is arguably the safest vehicle on the road.

do you have to go to the extremes like me, NO. but could you do alot better. maybe when you see your child get brought into this world your perepectives may change. maybe they won't.

+1, your child will change your mind about alot of things that don't seem important today. Hopefully you will grow up quick. Good luck to you and your family and be safe. You wouldn't want someone else raising your kid for you.

yet your kids wearing hand me downs, and your stunting bikes and trading bike.......see the irony?

let me break it down.

bike = $, $ = affording things for your kids/wife

sometimes you'll have to make sacrifices in life for the sake of your kids........you think i'd rather teach then do a trackday? i did 1 T/D last yr, i have a "free" trackday avail to me, haven't had the opp. or "want" to do it this yr or "want" and time at the same time.

hey, your hand me down situation isn't affecting only you, you're young, that's what happens. every young parent experiences the same exact thing, so the only one that can change all of that is OWNAGE. don't blame Ed, or the world, it isn't their fault, maybe it isn't your fault either, but you have to make the best of what you have, i had it rough as a young parent also, but i made the choice to change my world without anyones help but my own.
