My 07/08/06 at MSRH

Well.
I cornerworked today.
Buck was nice to fill me in with Max (MadMax) at turn 15.
We had our ice box, umbrella, sun block, mosquito spray, etc...
I tried to take some pics of Haner and Sanchez, but these are what turned out.

Haner

Sanchez

Guess they were too fast to get into my view finder. lol

While I was taking these photos, I got some nasty ant bites from the field.

And saw this little dude.

This time, Buck.
I stayed away from the car as a good girl.

Overall it was a good day.
Sorry about those who went down.
I smelled BBQ from cross the track, it smelled nice.

Really?
I had no idea.
Before even the truck came to pick us up, you guys all showed up.
I was just trying to get out of everybody's way and there were some random people waved at me (I have no idea who they were), so I don't think I was myself enough to recognize you.
We'll try it again next time.

By the way,
how did you riding at the track?
You should come out to play sometimes.

Man...
Woke up for no reason and can't get back to sleep...
Gotta get up in 3 hours to go back to MSRH.
:confused1

My bites got so bad, I had to run over to Walgreens to pick up some Benadryl.
Ants suck.

*Update*

I cornerworked today again.
When I got to the track, it was already pretty wet.
But the track itself wasn't too bad, so we went ahead and ran some open session like an hour or so.
After an hour, track was pretty dry for the riders to have some decent seat time.
But it started raining again around 11AM and it was hard enough for us to call early lunch break.
The rain continued couple of hours.
It finally stopped around 1PM.
Buck and other instructors/help went out to the track and drove around (like maniacs) to dry the track.
We finally sent the riders out around 3PM in two groups.
Each of the group had two 30 min session which I can tell start wearing them out.
Rain sucked, but overall it was a good day.
Less crash today.

Derek, Allen and Max all looked great out at the track.
Glad you guys had fun and stayed safe.

For my foot,
this is how it looked today.

After the 3rd shower and tucking the front at the exit of the keyhole with almost nil lean angle I decided to call it a weekend. My front tire is too wasted for the wet I guess. Saturday was great and the morning sessions today before the rain hit were fun though. The cars are really giving the surface a beating, every time I go there's a new asphalt patch/mountain to avoid.
