whats the best frame sliders to obtain for track or street im debating about shoguns or woodcraft for my k9 gsxr 600...whats your opinions?

Some ppl wont use frame sliders for track bikes because depending on how they mount and how you wreck they will do more damage than not having them....But either brand should be ok

Sounds like you have all you need. Off topic from what you need, make sure to ask John what pressures to run on your bike. Too high and you'll throw your bike down the track. Don't ask how I know.......

Go slow, learn some lines, hold them and slowly ramp up your speed. Practice smoothness and speed will come. There is no winner on track day. Drink loads of water and have fun.

cool, tks for the advice, I plan on learning all I can. Just loaded up on a ton of water and gatorade with a couple of monsters (just for good measure)....Got the security cameras on the truck and bike just incase some wants to jack with my stuff!! (I get a little alarm in the house, then I get the LEO's) see you guys in the morning!! again thanks for all the valuable info...later!
