Don't u have to be a citizen to have constitutional rights?? And you are right dirving is a privilege not a right!! If you don't believe me, ask my Mom!! She told me this almost every day for two years when I was in HS!! LOL

they prolly got humans rights, but American rights i think not, its a privilege to drive or ride
