EZ directions to MSRH/BBQ

It is very easy so long as you are paying attention. There are two CR 48's, you wan thte south one. Here's how I tell folks to get there.

No matter where you live you know how to get to 288.
288 South.....
past Pearland
past Hwy 6
past FM1462

Once you pass FM 1462 (Rosharon Rd) start payig attention. It is the second intersection PAST Fm 1462.
If you notice the high tension power lines that run on your right side down 288, when they go over head and cross 288, look to your left and you can see the garage buildings from 288. Take the left at the blinking light intersection that is CR 48 SOUTH. Entrance to the track is less than 3/4 of a mile on the left, big yellow pipe gate.

One more time for those who missed it........

NO ALCOHOL WHILE TRACK IS IN OPERATION
SPEED LIMIT INSIDE THE GATE IS 10MPH
DO NOT TOUCH WHAT IS NOT YOURS
NO STUNTING OUTSIDE THE DESIGNATED AREA
NO NONSENSE PERIOD

WE WILL HAVE A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY ON ALL OF THE ABOVE AND ANYTHING ELSE WE SEE AS NON CONDUSIVE TO THE FACILITIES OR EVENTS HAPPENING. YOU WILL BE SHOWN TO THE GATE FOR BREATHING WRONG IN OTHER WORDS. THERE WILL BE SEVERAL OFF DUTY POLICE ON HAND TO TAKE CARE OF THOSE WHO WISH TO ARGUE WITH THE STAFF. LET'S MAKE THIS AN EVENT TO REMEMBER FOR ALL THE GOOD REASONS. PLEASE.

I plan on stunting the Accord in park

Thanks for the directions...the first time I went to MSR, I got a little lost (the area is barren) so I am sure others will appreciate the gesture.

I think I posted pics of my MSR visit on HI but I no longer post there.

I can't wait for tomorrow.

I don't live far away at all either, which makes it just that much better.

Spent the beter part of the day setting up. Chris rolled in with the BBQ trailer from just before dark, and the smell of brisket was soon wafting through. If you haven't donated to the cause, you really should seek out the donation bin and give until it hurts. Lots of behind the scene work has traspired to make this an event to remember, and Chris is bustin' his hump to make it happen. See you all there, be sure to stop by the garage and say hello, or look for #671, either a black Gixxer 750 or a white "Woody" Honda 600RR.

Power to the people........................
