Not quite. This particular exit to the feeder didn't have an emergency lane. He was on the far right of the lane riding on the white line.

the people challen is worried about doing the l/s wrong are doing it now they don't follow the rules now they won't later

Lane splitting benefits outweigh all negatives of making it legal. IMO

yea, i wouldn't l/s even if it was legal. esp. in houston, you never know what drivers are bound to do. houston is one of those cities where you really need to know how to drive defensively.

i would rather lose my engine than be squashed between two cars.
