100MPH in a 35 means he was doing it in a neighborhood setting. I think the fact that he is willing to do that in an area where kids play, I'm happy to see him off the streets. If that took death to do it so be it. I said it was sad in my post, but I have zero sympathy. Sorry it took death, but HOWEVER he was taken off the street, I'm glad thats one less I have to worry about running over my little girl.

Nope, mom's smart as a whip and still rides her own Harley. She's glad to see you're still "working"

The only think UT is useful for is having that fountain near the geoscience building getting me wet every time I walk near it.

You know - he could have been some dumb kid who got a great deal on a good bike (I read that in another thread) and he got stupid and ran. He obviously wasn't able to get away and he died. It's sad.

We always assume the worst about everybody. :-(

90% of the time though, those who are innocent won't run. So while it is horrible to assume, more than likely he knew he was on a stolen bike and took off because of it.

sad he has to die, but such is life. If you make a stupid decision, prepare for the consequences.
