I know this has been up before but anyone in the La Porte/Deer park area can unlock my motorolla razer with cingular?

It just allows you to move the phone to another network like Verison or the likes.

Mr Hansen, I can unlock it, but you would have to bring it to Spring, I'll do it for free.
And yes, like Brian said, it allows you to move to another network, in your case, you can move to T Mobile, since both are GSM.

i think what he wants to do is not unlock the phone but reflash it so he can have more features, and if thats the case i can do it for you but there isnt much extra stuff you can get

That's basically what i am looking to do. Just to have video features etc. Not move to another carrier.
